Hire an Assistant
You need a business assistant to maintain your business for you so that you can be as hands-off as possible. This package includes: Annual Reports, State Tax Registration, personalized State filings (ie. California requires a Statement of Information filing), amendment filings (if there is a business name, owner or address change), and business start-up support (ie. questions on how you secure the proper licensing and permits).
Prices are dependent on additional support required.

Retainers include: Business support Monday - Friday, Annual report filing & reminders, registered agent support (annual package), information about required licensing and permits, franchise tax payment filing, state tax registration, and upkeep on required documents (ie. meeting minutes, income & expense tracking).
